Chez HR Plug nous recherchons des consultants freelance Hard HR / Paie qui peuvent intervenir temporairement chez des clients ayant besoin d'expertise, de continuité ou de soutien supplémentaire.


Que vas-tu faire ?

En fonction de ton expertise, tu peux être affecté à des tâches telles que :

  • Préparation de la paie et traitement des salaires
  • Administration du personnel
  • Rémunération et Avantages
  • Gestion des absences et enregistrement du temps
  • Reporting RH et analyse des coûts salariaux
  • Optimisation des processus de paie ou RH

Tu veilles à ce que les processus RH se déroulent correctement, en temps voulu et de manière professionnelle. Grâce à ta précision, les clients peuvent compter sur la continuité et la confiance.


Qui es-tu ?

  • Tu as de l'expérience en paie ou en hard HR
  • Tu es familier avec le contexte RH et paie belge
  • Tu travailles de manière précise, discrète et structurée
  • Tu parles couramment néerlandais et anglais ; le français est un atout supplémentaire
  • Tu as de l'expérience avec des outils comme eBlox ou des systèmes similaires

HR Plug is looking for Soft HR consultants who temporarily strengthen organisations at crucial moments. You support clients in recruitment, talent management, onboarding, and employee experience, with energy, structure, and a people-oriented approach.


What will you do?

As a Soft HR consultant, you support clients with various HR issues and projects. Your assignment is tailored to your experience and the specific needs of the organisation. You will work on:

  • Recruitment and selection
  • Sourcing and screening of candidates
  • Intake interviews with hiring managers
  • Drafting job descriptions and role profiles
  • Interview scheduling and candidate follow-up
  • Onboarding and offboarding
  • Talent management and general HR support
  • Employer branding and candidate experience


Who are you?

  • You have experience in recruitment and selection (min. 2 years)
  • You work independently and quickly find your way in new organisations
  • You communicate professionally and discreetly 
  • You speak fluent Dutch, French and English
  • You draw energy from projects, variety and impact

Ben jij een freelance IT-supportprofessional die rustig blijft wanneer iemand zegt: "Mijn laptop doet raar"? Los je graag technische problemen op en help je gebruikers snel weer op weg?

Bij HR Plug zoeken we freelance IT Support Consultants die klanten tijdelijk versterken in hun dagelijkse IT-werking. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor gebruikers, communiceert helder en zorgt ervoor dat IT-problemen snel en efficiënt worden opgelost.


Que vas-tu faire ?

Als Freelance IT Support Consultant ondersteun je klanten bij hun dagelijkse IT-vragen en operationele IT-processen. Je kan onder meer ingezet worden voor:

  • 1st line en 2nd line support
  • Ticketopvolging en troubleshooting
  • Ondersteuning bij hardware, software, firewall, VPN, VLAN, switches en access points 
  • Ondersteuning voor Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, Office, Azure, AD, Exchange, back-up, Intune en VM's (Hyper-V, vSphere, VMware, ...)
  • Kennis of notie van scripts / powershell
  • Installatie en configuratie van laptops, desktops en printers
  • Gebruikersbeheer en basisrechtenbeheer
  • Workplace support op locatie
  • Ondersteuning bij roll-outs, migraties, offboarding en onboarding
  • Escalatie naar interne of externe partners


Qui es-tu ?

  • Je hebt ervaring in IT support, servicedesk, helpdesk of workplace support
  • Je analyseert problemen vlot en lost ze snel op
  • Je communiceert duidelijk met technische en niet-technische gebruikers
  • Je hebt kennis van Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware en basisnetwerken
  • Je werkt gestructureerd met ticketsystemen
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels; Frans is een extra troef
  • Je bent mobiel voor on-site opdrachten
