HR Plug is looking for Soft HR consultants who temporarily strengthen organisations at crucial moments. You support clients in recruitment, talent management, onboarding, and employee experience, with energy, structure, and a people-oriented approach.

What will you do?

As a Soft HR consultant, you support clients with various HR issues and projects. Your assignment is tailored to your experience and the specific needs of the organisation. You will work on:

• Recruitment and selection
• Sourcing and screening of candidates
• Intake interviews with hiring managers
• Drafting job descriptions and role profiles
• Interview scheduling and candidate follow-up
• Onboarding and offboarding
• Talent management and general HR support
• Employer branding and candidate experience

Who are you?

• You have experience in recruitment and selection (min. 2 years)
• You work independently and quickly find your way in new organisations
• You communicate professionally and discreetly 
• You speak fluent Dutch, French and English
• You draw energy from projects, variety and impact

Are you a freelance IT support professional who stays calm when someone says: "My laptop is acting up"? Do you enjoy solving technical problems and helping users get back on track quickly?

At HR Plug, we are looking for freelance IT Support Consultants who can temporarily strengthen clients in their daily IT operations. You are the point of contact for users, communicate clearly and ensure that IT problems are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Wat ga je doen?

As a Freelance IT Support Consultant, you support clients with their daily IT questions and operational IT processes. You can be deployed for:

• 1st line and 2nd line support
• Ticket follow-up and troubleshooting
• Support with hardware, software, firewall, VPN, VLAN, switches and access points 
• Support for Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, Office, Azure, AD, Exchange, backup, Intune and VMs (Hyper-V, vSphere, VMware, ...)
• Knowledge or notion of scripts / powershell
• Installation and configuration of laptops, desktops and printers
• User management and basic rights management
• Workplace support on-site
• Support with roll-outs, migrations, offboarding and onboarding
• Escalation to internal or external partners

Wie ben jij?

• You have experience in IT support, service desk, help desk or workplace support
• You analyse problems quickly and solve them swiftly
• You communicate clearly with technical and non-technical users
• You have knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware and basic networks
• You work systematically with ticket systems
• You speak fluent Dutch and English; French is an additional asset
• You are mobile for on-site assignments
