Freelance HR Consultant (Hard HR)

At HR Plug we are looking for freelance Hard HR / Payroll Consultants who can temporarily step in for clients in need of expertise, continuity or extra support.

What will you do?

Depending on your expertise, you can be deployed for tasks such as:

• Payroll preparation and wage processing
• Personnel administration
• Compensation & Benefits
• Absence management and time registration
• HR reporting and wage cost analysis
• Optimisation of payroll or HR processes

You ensure that HR processes run correctly, timely and professionally. Thanks to your accuracy, clients can rely on continuity and trust.

Who are you?

• You have experience in payroll or hard HR
• You are familiar with the Belgian HR and payroll context
• You work accurately, discreetly and in a structured manner
• You speak fluent Dutch and English; French is an additional asset
• You have experience with tools such as eBlox or similar systems
